Fast implementation and fixed cost
Modular accommodation is the fast-growing preferred solution for (semi-)government agencies and the private market. These sectors consider the fast implementation and fixed cost for the completed project to be important aspects when awarding contracts. Not exceeding budgets seems a rarity, not the norm, in conventional construction circles. This is exactly why modular construction is becoming the preferred solution!
